What to Expect
Here is a simple break down of the steps we will take to create the perfect additional living space on your property. Rest assured an Elevate representative will be with you during every step of the way!
1.Preliminary Eligibility Review - To learn the options we can provide

Property address

Desired size of accessory building and desired options

Any HOA requirements

We take this information and ensure we have the options from a codes and permits perspective
2.Choose your building style, size & floor plan.
We currently have the Nexus model available in 3 different sizes: the 200, 400, and 600 all relating to the square footage of each building. Each has it's own unique feel and options to be tailored to meet your unique needs.
3.Schedule a property review with our General Contractor
Our general contractor will come on site and verify that the space meets all requirements for us to create the structure you desire and get any additional information that may be required for us to move forward getting any permits required and to come up with a general construction plan for your unique project.
4.Let the building begin!
Once we have our permits as required, we will schedule a time to meet with an Elevate Representative to make your selection from the interior and exterior finishing options. We will also set a date to break ground and begin construction as well as an expected completion date!
